The Counterfeit Identity Assessment™

Most of us have spent years becoming who life taught us to be without ever stopping to ask if that is who we truly are.

Long before we were old enough to choose our beliefs, we were shaped by our experiences, our families, our relationships, our environment, our culture, our successes, our failures, our wounds, and the messages we repeatedly heard about ourselves.

Over time, those experiences formed patterns.

Those patterns shaped beliefs.

Those beliefs influenced our thoughts.

Those thoughts became the lens through which we began seeing ourselves, other people, and even God.

Many of those beliefs were never intentionally chosen.

They were simply learned.

This assessment was created to help you gently uncover the thoughts, beliefs, conditioning, emotional wounds, survival patterns, and learned identities that may still be influencing your life today.

It is not designed to judge you.

It is designed to help you understand yourself more honestly.

Throughout this assessment, you'll explore:

Thoughts and beliefs

Identity and self-worth Childhood and family experiences Emotional patterns Stress and nervous-system responses Relationships and boundaries Forgiveness and unresolved pain Coping habits and emotional regulation Money and material security Purpose, work, and confidence Generational patterns and learned conditioning

Before You Begin

For the most meaningful experience, take this assessment when you have enough time and privacy to slow down and answer thoughtfully.

Try not to complete it while rushing, multitasking, or immediately after an emotionally overwhelming situation.

Answer according to what has been most consistently true for you over time, not simply how you feel in this moment.

There are no perfect answers.

There are no passing or failing scores.

Your honesty will create the most accurate and meaningful results.

If a question brings emotions or memories to the surface, you are welcome to pause, pray, and continue when you are ready.

This assessment is not a mental health diagnosis, nor is it a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or professional care. It is an educational and faith-centered self-awareness tool designed to help you better understand the patterns that may have shaped your life.

A Personal Invitation

Before you begin, I encourage you to take a deep breath.

Ask God to reveal what you may not yet see, give you the courage to answer honestly, and remind you that awareness is never the destination—it is simply the beginning of healing.

Remember...

You are not taking this assessment to discover what is wrong with you.

You are taking it to discover what may have shaped you... so you can begin renewing your mind so you can change your life.

Do you understand and agree to continue?
